Sabai - Waterford

I dined at this restaurant tonight. The mixed starter we had was delightful, and my husband enjoyed the crispy chicken with savory sauce. I ordered the weeping tiger steak, but I was disappointed to find that it was served with dark soy sauce that was bland and overly salty. When I checked the menu later, I realized it was supposed to come with garlic and coriander. This is the first negative review I have ever left on TripAdvisor. Perhaps I should have asked about the dish when it was served, but I had never tried it before.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is top-notch, and the bathrooms are clean. We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the chicken was made with high-quality breast meat. The sauces were all delicious. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly and polite.

Rang up at 7:30 on Friday evening for a table for 2 and they fitted us in at 8:15. Beautiful restaurant. Lovely building and decor. Staff very attentive but not invasive. Food was delicious. We went for the tasting menu and we were so glad. We got a great selection of dishes. The duck was particularly amazing. You won’t regret a visit.
