Arby's - Waterford Township

We had a poor experience at this restaurant. We tried to place our order but they were out of several items, including the chicken club wrap and turkey bacon wrap. The packaging was messy and our gyro was missing toppings. The staff seemed incompetent and couldn't get our order right. We have had issues with this place multiple times and do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid this location and find somewhere else to eat.

The Arbys in question does not always open promptly at the scheduled time listed on Google. Customers may end up waiting for several minutes inside before they are informed that the restaurant is not yet open.

I bought 6 roast beefs with cheddar extra red ranch sauce on all.They put extra on top 3 made sure they were on the top.The bottom 3 no extra ranch very disappointed.Still give you 3 stars.

Went through the drive-thru for lunch hot food great service good prices

Today, I had lunch at this restaurant and ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich along with a strawberry lemonade. The employee at the drive-thru window seemed distracted as she was looking at the screen while talking to me. The sandwich was messy and had very little meat, despite their slogan claiming they have lots of meats. The bun was also falling apart. I recommend improving the quality of the buns and adding more meat to the sandwiches. The lemonade was overly sweet and lacked enough lemon flavor. Overall, the service and food quality at this restaurant is quite disappointing.
