Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Waterford Twp

They were running a special and since I had never tried them I stopped for lunch. Wow! I ordered the Mango Magic smoothie and it was great. I also ordered a Chicken Caprese, one of the best sandwiches ever--definitely a new go-to place for me. It was a beautiful day, so I ate lunch at their outside patio. Everything was well-designed, inviting, and spotless. I was impressed, no one was standing around they were all hustling. Their drive-through was busy so I went inside. Like culvers, everything is custom made so be prepared to wait.

I waited in line at Smoothie Cafe for a bit because it was very busy today, but it was definitely worth it. I tried the Paradise Point smoothie and it was so refreshing. The young lady at the drive-thru was friendly and provided great service.

We just placed an order with a very unfriendly girl. We asked for a moment, but she asked for our order only 2 seconds later. Additionally, she gave us attitude after each item we ordered. The restaurant was not busy and we were polite, so there were no excuses for her behavior. On the bright side, the young boy working there was nice.

Great smoothies. Love the selection of fresh fruits. Awesome service. Very clean inside and out.

Chai Banana boost with peanut butter is legit! Always friendly service as well.
