Wawa - Waterford Works

These people can never get an order right unless the customer is right in his faces. Every time they say something about Grubhub, but I continuously order from their app. Grubhub does not prepare orders

I ordered a cheesy italian panini, i got home just to find out all i got in my sandwich was cheese and tomatoes?wtf

Absolutely horrible experience with deli counter worker, Shannon. She was insanely rude and unprofessional for no reason. Other employees informed me that she is consistently rude to customers and also her fellow employees! Very disappointed with my visit and have reported the employee and store to corporate.

Today around 1pm I came in to grab a few items. I just wanted to run out of there. Staff shouting over customers about a kid who parked his bike near the door. Then at the register the guy who helped me was extremely rude (mark) Literally he rolled his eyes and got frustrated with me because he was doing something wrong on the register and my card wasn?t processing because of his error! Usually I don?t write reviews but I felt the shift was just so unprofessional that I couldn?t just ignore it. Not to mention items from my order were missing. staff is way too distracted with their own conversation that they are not focusing on their work!!!

I have been going to this Wawa for nearly 20 years. In the past 2 years this store has gone downhill significantly. The employees are rude and will watch you stand at the counter waiting. Constantly out of items in the deli for fresh food. My girlfriend and I visited lastnight for food. We purchased chicken tenders and a chicken tender parm sandwich. I felt quesy from the tenders and she got sick from the tender sandwich. I am not going back to this location. I will go a little farther to the williamstown location.
