This dunkin seems to have the freshest coffee out of all the dunkins
Ordered at At the drive-through. My husband said my coffee order. The Dunkin employee asked him to repeat it. So we assumed he didn’t hear him well. So he Repeated it, maybe an octave louder. The employee rudely said to him he didn’t have to yell it he could hear him. We were both kind of taken back by his comment seeing that he works in customer service. He asked if we needed anything else we told him no. And he yelled back “OK” over the speaker at us.When we pulled up to the window, he approached with my coffee. Asked us if we had a problem. I did all the speaking. I said no you said you couldn’t hear us so we just repeated the order a little louder. He said I didn’t say I couldn’t hear you all I did was ask you to repeat yourself. In my mind, if somebody’s asking you to repeat something when there is not a single person in the drive-through with you maybe that’s because they didn’t hear you well. (Sorry to assume) As stated before, he didn’t yell at him. He may be raised his voice a couple decimals to make sure he could hear him. Never in my life have I had such terrible customer service from an employee at a Dunkin establishment. Rude as rude could be!!! man working drive thru at 6pm on Thursday 12/14
This Dunkin might take the cake for the worst one in the country
Service is terrible! Worst Dunkin in the area. They will always get your food and drink wrong and will still take forever doing it.
