Hungry Howie's Pizza - Waterford

It took about 40-45 minutes to remake the pizzas because they had to do it twice. It seems that the young man told his coworker to make an extra-large wobble on one half, which she did, not realizing what my original order was. Despite the mix-up, I gave them a 5-star rating because they really went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The staff members were genuinely apologetic for the mistake, even refunding my entire order. To my surprise, they also included a free cookie, which was delicious.

The manager Brandon is truly a angel ! Honestly extremely kind and customer friendly as possible, his entire team is a reflection of him, The service is extremely fast and the building is clean, my pizza was fresh and he made sure we had paper plates as well as cups with napkins. You can tell some people just work for money but he actually care about people. I’m never going to another location again. Thank you so much.

The food was delicious and delivered promptly. My wife said the sub was excellent, and I had a salad, which pleasantly surprised me with its generous portion of meat.

I just wanted something simple, so I ordered stuffed cheese bread, I opened the box after the delivery and my kiefer fell. I am appalled that they would even wrap this up and send it to a customer. I can guarantee that they would have cooked this for themselves, they would have made themselves a new one. but instead they burn a paying customer eating, they box it on the way..... only to come to the customer who can not even bite a piece because not only is it burned to crisp, it is annoying stale. not edible. at all. so burned the edges of the brotes. it's unnoticed that they would see how burned it is and not make it new. what a sweat. I'd go somewhere else if I were you. oh and not disturbing, the 800 number they offer here if they want to report something they annoyed, I and the person at the other end hardly said two words and when I told her what happened, she was doubtful how “ok????” then at the end of the conversation she says: “What do you want from hungry Howies?” I am sorry, but what is it?
