When I showed my email receipt and bank record to the staff, they refused to give me my food because it was not showing up on their order screen. Despite showing proof of payment, the manager initially argued and said they couldn't give me my order. After a heated argument, they finally relented and gave me my food, telling me to "enjoy the free food." I had a terrible experience and will not be returning to this place.
Horrible service and employees still want to argue with you with!
Sat at the exact same table where my late Aunt sat when she used to stop by this McDonald's in the Town of Waterford on Boston Post Rd near Super Stop And
The Boss Christian is one of the laziest and rudest people I have ever encountered at any McDonald 's. If you encounter an old man that can hardly speak English at this location leave immediately.
Overall, the restaurant is great with usually fresh food. However, my only complaint is that the kiosk sometimes has food items that are not available. I have attempted to order the new iced tea lemonade multiple times, but each time I receive an empty cup. I wouldn't mind preparing it myself, but there is no lemonade provided and I paid extra for it. When I brought this issue to the cashier's attention last time, she informed me that they do not offer that service at this location, despite it being available for purchase.
