Pizza Hut - Waterford

Pizza was great. as ordered. veggie pizza with bananenpfeffern. I ate three discs in the car. of my star, because a guy in the line has cut me as if he were a big shot in a hurry.

I ordered a pizza at 5:15 that said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. It’s 7 and still no food. I keep getting a recording saying someone will be with me shortly. After 20 minutes I hung up. Horrible customer service and super slow delivery. Here’s to hoping my pizza shows up ??Update: Pizza arrived and the delivery driver explained he’s the only driver and just did 6 deliveries. So this is a management issue. Shame on the owner, now off to eat my cold food. Never ordering from here again.

Employees of the Waterford store were incredibly rude on October 21st. Hung up on me and my fellow employees several times, refusing to verify an address/order. Unbelievably rude, including the manager. Treated my disabled fellow employee like trash. Will never go back there again.

I honestly loved Pizza Hut as a kid, and sometimes the pizza is good and delicious, but I just ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and I don’t think they put any work into it, there’s no pepperoni there’s hardly any cheese and it seems the dough is a little under, but it’s not a total loss the breadsticks are good

The crust on both pizzas was under cooked. Not gooey but very spongy. We had to finish cooking them when we got home.
