What can you say about timmys, what has not been said yet? you go there because you always went there and you return because it's always a good experience.
In comparison to the average tim hortons, this is in order. if they know what they want, but they are careful with the lowest quality most tims have fallen in these days, this is quite good.
They forgot my muffin and my hash brown, pretty disappointing to see when you arrive home.Please check your bags when you take out from here and dont make the mistake I made!
Customer service definitely leaves you wanting here ...Only one cashier was serving the in store cash and half the time wasn't there and the in store lineup barely moved as a consequence , while there were about 4 5 employees grouped around the drive thru cashier, and you could see the cars moving through their line with ease.On top of that, order delivery is a complete mess. Ordered a sandwich without bacon and noticed the cashier paying attention to this note , got one you guessed it with bacon, and when I pointed it out to the employees they just opened the sandwich up, pulled the bacon out, and gave it back to me. Pretty low class. If I had dietary or religious reasons for the preference, this would have been a horrible thing to do, and I told them so. Their response was to basically look like deer caught in headlights and blame the cashier for not letting them know.
