Hardee's - Waterloo

Mediocre service with a side with salt. my pommes were so strongly salted that they were not edible. I am glad that I have a small combo to reduce the waste. the service was apathetic and robotic. Maybe it's a Waterloo thing.

At the entrance of the concrete there is a black fat track, from which the staff from the kitchen starts from taking diners. the entire restaurant has black fat on the floor, legs of chairs have black fat on them, even black fat is smashed from mopping to the floor. look at this

Was told be careful fries are fresh and hot. They were barely warm.

People were friendly and the food was great. Only issue I had was most of the tables needed wiped down. Looked like only 3 people working during lunch hour, but the food was still prompt.

The food was ok,the service was ok in a rushed kinda way. It Didnt feel very welcoming considering this was dine in. I mean seriously the economy has opened back up. Apparently they don't believe in offering trays,instead i got a bag as if I was A drive thru customer!
