Jimmy John's - Waterloo

The bread was nice and soft, though there were hardly any toppings on the sandwich. I have stopped at this location several times on my way to work. This 1 time was disappointed.

Ordered food today at work and when it was finally delivered after being notified 20 mins prior that it was out for delivery, it was the wrong food! Now waiting for delivery driver to return with the correct food.

Good food but takes a long time to have it delivered. Not worth ordering delivery from this location.

Ordered Jimmy John's togo and while I was sitting in my car in the parking lot I literally witnessed 2 delivery drivers SPRINT into the store and picked up an order and SPRINTED back out to there car. I was in shock, it truly is Freaky Fast Delivery. They deserve a raise.

Been ordering from this jimmy johns since it opened, usually multiple times a month. Usually order 5 to 8 combo meals and sometimes we are missing 1 thing or another. Always give a good tip also. Never been rude just ask for what's missing and understand human error. However, ordered last night and were missing a sandwich, told the delivery driver before he left and thought he'd come back with the missing sandwich. 45 minutes goes by and my wife called asking if our sandwich was on the way. Only to have the manager call her a liar then when I got on the phone call me a liar, and say were the only people that call about missing items. So I go to the store to have the manager show me a video of supposedly our sandwiches being made and wrapped. He goes see your sandwiches were delivered to you. I'm dumbfounded by the whole situation. After a minute or 2, acts like he's doing me a favor for giving me my missing sandwich. Never will I order from this Jimmy John's again. If you have big orders don't be surprised if your missing something, and that it's your fault that your missing an item.
