Contribuisci feedbackOrder from here almost weekly every Friday since I moved out of Rockford 6 months ago. Always on point make really good quality pizzas for the price. Friday and Saturday are the only nights they are open when I get out of work as I work until 10, otherwise I would order a lot more from here.
Food was cold, pizza had hardly jumped when I ordered the best and did not see any staff when I picked up my food from the portal.
Since when is it okay to publicly notify your employees and customers? Well, PAUL seems to think well? He decided to scream through the store to his employee, how terrible it was that she didn't charge extra for cheese. He then decided to come to me a customer and tell me how terrible I was not to pay for extra cash (didn?t knows nothing else), whoever is the lead that it needs to talk to Paul and train him in dealing with not only employees (co workers), but also customers. I'm so disgusting. But Molly was extremely sweet and is why I give this one star. Something has to change
The food was great. They were so busy and tried to maintain, I think they did a great job to get the food out as soon as possible.
I ordered a pizza online at 3PM. They were supposed to be open at 11AM. I showed up at the designated time but the doors were locked and the place was dark. I waited until 4PM to see if they opened. I saw a worker go in but they wouldn't answer the door or the phone. I ended up leaving after wasting 2 hours. To top it off, they still charged my credit card for the order even though it was never made. And now I'm getting the runaround from corporate trying to get my money back. Update: The store management was quick to respond to this after getting through the corporate customer service and promptly issued a refund. It seems that they are under new management since this occurred and hopefully this is a good sign for the future service at this location.
