McDonald's - Waterloo

The service at this restaurant is exceptional. Despite being a McDonald's, every time I place an order online through the app, they consistently exceed my expectations. They provide extra sauce, napkins, and ensure that the buns are steamed.

I only stopped by for dessert at this restaurant at night. It was still quite crowded and they also have a McCafe and a Playground on site. There is a large drive-thru entrance. The service was quick, but they were not as fast with cleaning up.

I used to frequent this restaurant often. The service is great and the staff are friendly. I appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru and the playground is a plus for the kids. The location isn't the best, but it's sufficient.

24 hour along is getting a 3 star rating rarely messed up with the order gets half star and finally friendly service completes my 4 stars. Didn’t get the full 5 stars because nothing really stands out. But don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad experience here. Good job guys

The bathroom used there yesterday at about 8.15. It was a shame!! Filthy had obviously not been cleaned for years (most Maccas restaurants had a daily regular cleaning plan. . Floor was dirty, spider webs based on petitions, pieces toilet paper everywhere,... washbasins were dirty, hand soap storage on the floor. I have never seen such a shameful state of public amenities!!! I couldn't buy anything there. If this was the state of the public amenities, what was the state of the food processing area that the public does not see???! My stomach could not be able to consume ANYTHING from there after I saw the condition of her bathroom.
