A&W (University St) - Waterloo

Don't expect fast service or fresh food at 5am, so I would give this restaurant 3 stars. They may be better at a more reasonable hour.

I ordered a couple of drinks and a burger at the drive-through, but they refused to give me a tray. I asked for a refund instead, but the employee, Srushti Patel, ended up charging me twice. I had to go inside and waste my time trying to explain what happened, but he didn't even apologize for his mistake.

Waited for more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up my Uber Eats order. It was completely absurd and a total waste of time.

It's A W the food is ok the washrooms are usually unkept.

We ordered on ubereats and the whole order was wrong. All the burgers were missing sauce and grilled onions and pickles. One was missing lettuce and tomato… couldn’t get any worse.
