Boston Pizza - Waterloo

Boston Pizza never disappoints you when it comes to ambiance. You will definitely have great time watching some games, drinking pitchers with friends and having awesome food.

Lots of screens if you're a sports fan. Decent food selection and typical draught beer choices. Wasn't busy when I went with a sports team but it was 8:30 on a Monday. Spicy perogie pizza was good and the pizza style is very similar to pizza hut. A bit greasy but still tasty. Girlfriend had veggie quinoa burger which she liked and she finds veggie burgers are hit or miss.

The service was good. This location has a large patio to enjoy and the daily specials were priced well.

In general, it was a positive experience. The service was good when an order was taken completely wrong, they immediately corrected it and allowed the table to take the first pizza home for free. My only complaint would be that my pasta baked with cheese with the 50 50 sauce was definitely lacking in sauce. The flavour was good, but it was too dry. I think it's possible the amount of sauce was not adjusted for the baking, and kind of evaporated.

Always fantastic when our team shows up. Very efficient and quick. We called a few days ahead to ensure they can plan appropriate staffing....there was a manger that even came in on her birthday to ensure our large group had great service! We have been here a few times and they never disappointed. Outstanding food, staff and environment!
