Figaro's Pizza - Waterloo

Our first and possibly last time ordering from this place. We placed a pickup order using the online method. When we went to pick up our order, we were told that they substituted extra cheese for bacon (no more bacon? . The phone number was available to call us and ask if that would be a suitable substitution. My husband was extremely unhappy with the substitute. Therefore, I'm only giving one star for service as that was definitely lacking.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza for takeout. It was ready in just 10 minutes and tasted great. I always enjoy supporting small businesses like this one.

The best pizza in the region, we having almost every day and the stuffs are amazing people

This place used to be the best in town, but not it kind of sucks. Nice staff and clean restaurant, but the pizza is soggy in the middle and the toppings have changed to be not as good. Need to find a new pizza place.

Figaro's Pizza is one of my favourite pizza restaurants in Waterloo Region. Excellent pizza, great communication and customer service, and atmosphere. The food is prepared very nicely and I highly recommend this pizza restaurant to others if you wish to have pizza :
