We use to like this place to eat, but we just ordered online and 1 It took 40 minutes (on pickup order? , okay, annoying long, but we didn't feel like breaking, my husband took it up, 40 minutes later and came home. You have our sashimi and our sushi?!? Not impressed. Husband calls her, a woman cannot understand and correct this basic situation and apologize. I was on the phone and asked to talk to a manager. Some idiots came and began to argue with me that my husband did not wait in the restaurant for 40 minutes, I never said he did what I said was that 40 minutes already a LONG time to wait for a pick-up order, and now it is ALSO INCORRECT, and he must go there now AGAIN to give us the food they forget. He argued this point in a circle about 40 minutes, so I hanged up and instead asked my husband to make a scene in her restaurant for such a waste of our time. He's on his way to get the food they forgot, and he asks to say, together with this man, that he must call me profusely and apologise, because he talks to me like I'm an idiot if he ever wants our business back. My husband went there and he argued with my husband and now refused to get the WAREN WE ALREADY PAID FOR, and told him to call and get a refund from the order service!!! We don't want your business to be my husband's words. End. Don't order. EVER EVER.
This sushi restaurant, run by a family, is truly delicious. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and are beautifully presented. They offer a variety of unique house rolls and many vegetarian options.
I came here for lunch with my wife. We were not impressed by the restaurant 's lack of interior decor but didn 't think much of it as we thought perhaps the food would make up for our experience. We saw the pictures posted by previous customers and were looking forward to a nice meal. But we were disappointed. We ordered the Goen boat and assorted spicy rolls. I was disturbed to find a hair in my salad bowl after I finished the salad. The salmon sashimi was not fresh. The torched white fish sashimi was wet, flaky, and half cooked. Our spicy rolls had very little fish content and consisted mainly of tempura bits. We were in for further disappointments. This is a Korean establishment. I have had wonderful experiences at Korean owned Japanese restaurants before. But not this one. As we were dining, a Korean family came in and sat behind us. My wife is fluent in Korean and overheard the waitress tell the Korean diners that they would be served the fresh salmon. Additionally, the Korean family was given tempura appetizers on the house. I firmly believe that all customers should be given equal treatment and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The sushi and service is amazing!!! Tried sushi in many places, but you cannot beat the freshness and quality of the product. Prices also very reasonable! 5 stars for fresh sushi and quantity
We walked in here and the place was empty which made us very skeptical of the rating. There was not a lot of staffing (as with most businesses these days) and we originally thought service was slow. After our food came out we realized that everything was oversized and delicately arranged. The flavours were excellent. Presentation was excellent. I still could not believe that this gem was empty. Warning to everyone like us that order as if you?re at an all you can eat, the portions are massive. We ordered 3 rolls and a seaweed salad for two people and we took half the rolls as take away. Highly recommend this place. I learned an important lesson about judging a book by its cover.
