When we asked for reason , he turned back and told us that he don't want to see us sitting and he acted like he want to fight with us. This is the horrible customer service experience I have seen till now. Will never go back. You should kick off that security guy.
The food and service here were great! Dog friendly patio! The brisket sandwich and the poutines (we got a tater tot and a brisket poutine) were AMAZING!
Today's visit (2nd time here) was not great. Tables were sticky and unwashed (i saw the hostes just wiping the one next to us with a dry paper towel), took forver to get our prder taken, and orders were noth brought to the table at the same time, and multiple mistakes were made on our orders. The food is still pretty good but could benefit from better seasoning.
Good brisket sandwich, drinks and patio. But I think this place gave me bad food poisoning and they never even bothered to return any emails when I let them know this. Doesn't sound like they take food safety seriously here if they can't even reply to an email.
Since covid, their standards of service food have plummeted. Went a day ago, the service and environment were on par with a McDonald's, which I guess is okay for a glorified college bar that they are catering to. We ordered the brisket that they supposedly made in-house, which was completely ice-cold and tasteless when it came to our table (no spices). Despite this, lower professionalism, prices have gone up. It's about $5~10 increase for every item, and the portions have gotten smaller. Overall, quality control needs to be better to validate that price jump and management should understand what restaurant they want to run, because currently, this is a dive bar, and their main dish is blonde Laudier girls...
