I had messaged the company about receiving the wrong burger and was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff member I encountered this time was much more experienced and knowledgeable. She had already been in touch with someone from the company and had my order ready with a printed receipt upon my arrival. She apologized profusely for the mix-up, empathized with my concerns about a non-gluten-free burger, and offered to remake my order. This level of customer service and genuine concern for customer satisfaction was greatly appreciated. However, it was noted in another review that one should always double-check their order before leaving as newer staff may not be familiar with the differences between wheat and gluten-free buns. Despite this initial mishap, my confidence in their customer service has been restored and I plan to give them another try. The young lady who initially took my order is still learning the ropes, so I suggested providing better training in customer service. I have adjusted my star rating to reflect the positive resolution of the situation. I had ordered a gluten-free Famous Burger with a gluten-free bun and was charged extra for it. Unfortunately, when I got home and unwrapped my burger, I discovered that it was the wrong one. When I called the restaurant to explain the mistake, the same young woman who had taken my order insisted that I had received the correct burger. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, she was adamant that she had packed the right burger for me. I was unable to return to the restaurant before they closed, and to make matters worse, the receipt machine had not produced a receipt when I paid for my order. I only have photos of the incorrect burger I received and the digital order screen showing the burger I had actually ordered. It appears that my order was mistakenly placed in someone else's bag, but I was met with indifference when I explained that I couldn't eat the burger due to my gluten intolerance.
