Pita Pit - Waterloo

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and the food is delicious! It had been a while since I last ate at Pita Pit, but I was pleased to find out that I could have any option made into a salad now that I am on a keto diet. I only paid less than $11 including tax for a large meal, which was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. I will definitely be returning in the future!

You can find a pita anywhere, but this place is more than just fine when it comes to the food. What really sets this place apart is the wonderful staff. I didn't catch their names, but the two employees working today were exceptional. They were friendly, personable, and genuinely happy, which was a refreshing change for a fast food restaurant. I hope this reflects how well the staff are treated here. Keep up the excellent work!

This is the best Pita Pit I have ever been to! They load up on the toppings, unlike some other Pita Pits. The owner is also really friendly. This is my favorite spot for a healthier fast food choice. Keep up the great work! I love you guys!

Just left the store and the service was so good I wanted to leave a review right away. Both the girls working were absolutely fantastic, great recommendations, friendly but not over the top, and my pita is AMAZING. I can't remember the last time I had such great customer service! This isn't the closet location to my home but I'll continue to come to this store just based on this experience.
