Shoeless Joe's - Waterloo

Absolutely terrible experience. We waited 30 min for a drink and 45 minutes longer for our food. We made a reservation for 10 - So they weren't unaware we were gunna be there. My plate didn't come until everybody was done their meals. I asked for a box immediately because everybody was finished their meals. Two people at our table ordered a Reuben(included myself) which was supposed to have a deep fried dill pickle on it. Neither of them did. Our beers weren't garnished. We also waited 20 minutes for a bottle of ketchup. We had to go to the bar personally for water we asked for 15 minutes prior. And our server blamed the kitchen the whole time for missing plates. Absolutely horrible.

Great place to grab a beer and play some Golden Tee. Often after work a group of us will head to the upstairs and grab some pints and play golden tee. Wait staff has always been great and the beer selection is decent. In the summer months the patio is a nice change of scenery.

Working nearby, we have gone to this restaurant on a few occasions at lunch for a group celebration. Every time, there has only been one server for the whole restaurant during what is quite a busy period. Additionally, it takes 45-60 minutes before our food is delivered - this is unacceptable at lunch when many people only have 1 hour; the food arrives sporadically - it seems there might only be one person in the kitchen who can only focus on one meal at a time. This last time, several people had ordered burgers of different types, and the outsides were burnt well beyond that pleasantly grilled point. Other times I have been here with groups after work for drinks, and the service is also unacceptably slow. I will be recommending different locations in the future.

Very friendly staff and a modern well maintained restaurant. Great selection of food items and loved the fact they list calories for each meal . Lunch was served quickly and tasted great ..I highly recommend this establishment .

Attended a UFC fight this past weekend and have to say the atmosphere was great. I'm always afraid of what the clientele might be on evenings like this, but everyone behaved themselves and no issues.The food was standard chainfare, but again, I didn't expect fine dining.Server was efficient and pleasant.Overall, a fun time!
