Tim Hortons - Waterloo

The quality of their ham melt here is so poor. I ordered a ham melt and the cheese is cold and not melted and everything is cold. I hope they improve because this is the closest one that I can go to.

There has been an issue with coffee consistency. The sugar and cream is settled at the bottom of the coffee cup. I'm not sure when this started. But at some point they just stopped stirring their coffee before serving.

Ordered two grilled cheeses with bacon and drinks. We wanted to use a gift card but the cashier walked away from the register and it didn’t go through properly. It was not busy at all but she kept telling us to move down even though we hadn’t paid yet. Got our grilled cheeses and the cheese was not even slightly melted. They also did not have bacon and were not cut in half. One of the staff members was very helpful and fixed everything for us so 2 stars for him.

Staff are nice but very disorganized. Forgot to collect my payment and asked me to move out of the way, forgot to cut my sandwich in half, sandwich was barely grilled, and forgot to add bacon.

My favorite coffee place I used to love Starbucks until I discovered the French vanilla here (my brother recommended it). I also love the crispy chicken wrap! Never had issues with service, and quality of food and drinks is always up to standard in my experience.
