Contribuisci feedbackWe went to have dinner at Tim Hortons. I ordered a bowl of chili for myself and a bowl of chili for my son. After I had paid, I was told that they were out of chili. We agreed to take a bowl of soup. Staff didn't notice, but I did, that the soup was cheaper than the chili and that I was owed a refund. Sad that I had to ask and that they weren't noticing.The store wasn't sparkling clean. The floor was a bit dirty and the veneer had been peeled off the table. Overall, it didn't meet my expectation of a Tim Hortons franchise location.
My daily go-to for coffee, the old lady at drive thru is always so friendly and welcoming. They prepare everything much more rapidly compared to other Tim’s
Pros: Good standard taste and standard menu.Cons: customer service is on the lower end and customer is treated as someone whom they want to get rid of as soon as possible.
I was gettimg coffee since last many years but now sorry to say no taste. coffee like hot white water people work in side don't know how to make coffee.
I took my son in to buy the Halloween bucket of timbits October 27 at 730pm, I asked for plain and honey dip timbits only because that’s all my son likes, the young kid there said no problem, than the short older lady manager came over and told him not to do it I assume because she didn’t want to bake more), the kid ended up putting an assortment of timbits on top we did not want. My son is allergic to strawberries and on top we’re powdered strawberry timbits, I would have not bought this Halloween bucket if I couldn’t pick my timbits!
