Domino's Pizza - Waterlooville

I had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant this evening due to a rude and confrontational manager. After waiting over an hour for our order, we decided to follow up. Unfortunately, the manager hung up on my partner, who was just trying to get some information.

I just called to place an order, even though we were cutting it close on time. The order was only partially taken when there was an interruption. It seemed to be from someone senior in the restaurant, and we could hear them saying to hang on.

Absolutely terrible experience. The pizza was ice cold when it arrived. When I called the store, they said they wouldn't correct their mistake or offer a credit note. The staff were rude as well.

Terrible pizza last weekend. It came with no stiffed crust and no garlic on the pizza. The wedges were not cooked and it took ages.

Another disappointing order how hard is it to get an order right. The service is terrible and refuse to rectify mistakes because we complain too much!...
