Marks Spencer Tea Room - Waterlooville

A small store with cafe plus ample onsite parking adjacent that offer an impressive range of their own brand label quality food drink items, there are self serve tills to pay for your groceries as well as manned ones, I usually find most of the staff are helpful friendly too.

I like this place. The staff are always courteous and will go that extra mile to help if they can. But, there is room for improvement. There is not a great choice of 'gluten free ' products. I feel they are lagging behind in that area compared to the other well known places. I must stress though, that this is purely from my own personal experience. On a more positive note... their toilets are better maintained than some I could mention! They stock a vast array of foods.. chilled, frozen, tinned, and also products ranging from toilet rolls to magazines. They also have a place to grab a bite to eat or drink, but don 't expect burger chips!! Also, drivers be aware! There is limited time in the car park and the camera picks you up on entry and exit (check notice! ... but it is free to park. There are other shops there too if you fancy a browse including ... 'Matalan ', 'TK Maxx ', 'Argos ' and a great budget shop the other side of the car park, 'Home Bargains '. All in all, it 's worth going to M S just to have an excuse to go everywhere else!

This is a nice little food shop with a great selection. While some options are a bit limited, there are still plenty to choose from. The restrooms are currently closed. I found a lot of great deals on a Saturday morning, although there were a few shortcuts in the layout that could be confusing. It wasn't very busy today, but there were a few customers around. I was hoping to find a Christmas food brochure for ideas, but unfortunately, there wasn't one available. It was nice to see a selection of festive snacks on the go. The shop was clean and tidy, and I was warmly greeted at the entrance. Don't forget to check out the deals!

Great dining experience! The staff was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

We enjoyed the St. Valentine's Day £20 meal deal, as we do every year, and it was absolutely delicious. We've decided to purchase more of their food because it's so tasty and reliable. They truly excel in service, taste, and presentation.
