Subway - Waterstock

Big screens showing prices/offers, then when you go to pay they tell you those aren't actually the prices because they're at a service station. Why advertise prices you don't actually honour? Slow and unhelpful staff. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Poor quality food, overpriced and was a huge mess. It tasted okay but it was very small for what it costed Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very poor service and the food is also not properly done . Especially the hot chocolate which we got is the most horrible one. I don’t like here Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

I would give 0 stars if I could..I ordered stake and cheese footlong thinking that was the usual I always order. As the only one there was the big cheese stake I thought it was the same and that I would be able to add the salad and sauces as usual (which is why people go to subway for) but I was not allowed or advised about it either and I am sure I am not the only u happy customer about it. It happens to be that the lady in front of me was experiencing the same confusion and we did not got any advice or help from the staff, so I will never go back to Subway. Very disappointed. And flies all over the place. Basically having an almost £9 flatbread.

We came here at 6:45pm and they didn‘t let us order. Very rude staff told us it‘s already closed after we were asking about the 7pm opening hours. Just turned away and started cleaning.
