Are you kidding me? I am 63 years old and for the past 40 years, I have known South Riley like the back of my hand. George is the owner and he is a great guy. He was there for me during my battle with the midlife bulge, sacrificing his own calorie intake so that I could enjoy a delicious cheeseburger deluxe. I owe it to him to continue living and savoring the authentic South Riley burger. It may not be the healthiest option, but it is still the best burger in town! You have to try it for yourself. Some people may call me a glutton, but George's spirit lives on in the restaurant. Please say hello to him for me when you visit.

This is a bar/store that hasn't changed much in 30 years. Great food. I got the bacon cheeseburger.

Love this place!! Best gizzards around, and what can i say about the burgers other than come try one and you'll be back! Pizza is awesome as well. If you need a cold one, beer is the coldest around!

South Riley is a charming hidden gem for those who enjoy cozy bars with great food. The entrance through the convenience store adds to the charm, with cheap draft beer and a friendly crowd of regulars at the bar. The food is all tasty and reasonably priced, but South Riley's Olive Burger and onion rings are truly exceptional and possibly the best in the state.
