Dimitri's Pizza - Watertown Town

Went with my classmates from our transition academy for kids with autism and special needs. They don't have table service until dinner and we were there for lunch. They figured out a way and had an excellent waiter take care of us. As there 13 if us including staff and we all have to order and pay separately I made sure he knew what an amazing job he did. Gave him a 25% tip as a thank you

I’ve quietly considered myself somewhat of a pizza snob, and yes, I’ve had pizza in many areas, including New Haven, NY, Chicago etc.After our recent move to Watertown, we came upon Dimitri’s, new to us, but in Watertown for 20+ years. I have to say, this pizza is excellent! Unfortunately I have a bit of a gluten allergy, and have ordered their GF option. They do an awesome job with it, regardless of which one you choose. The best ever!!! Omg the pizza and wings was amazing and so was the customer service!!! We will definitely come back and try other foods!!

Ordered fried calamari and a large pepperoni pizza. Calamari was stale and had an odd taste. Pizza was extremely thin and did not taste fresh. Called establishment to make complaint and all the manager did was tell me the food was fine.. I offered to bring the food back so the manager could see themselves and the manager was combative. Managed to request a 50% refund, which I feel as a manager they should've offered. Was my first and last time ordering from there. If the situation was handled better, I wouldn't have even left this review.

We used this restaurant as a venue for a birthday party on Saturday afternoon. We had slight over 30 people. Food was great. Staff were easy to work with and extremely accommodating. Since it is now BYOB we saved in this area. I would recommend dimitri's highly. Many folks endorsed their pizza as best in Watertown.
