Domino's Pizza - Watertown

Man, I tried to deal with the Domino's in Binghamton for years, and they were always getting something wrong, or running real late, or something. This will be my 2nd or 3rd time ordering from this Watertown area Domino's. They cook it right, don't mess it up, and deliver on time. Couldn't be happier. When you want good pizza, and other Italian food and subs, just hit this place up, and you can't go wrong!

Food arrived ~25 minutes after ordering, awesome. Everything went downhill from there. Opened the pizza, flatter than plywood with almost no sauce, and cold. Didn’t realize until driver pulled away, they forgot my wings. Spent the next 30-45 minutes either on hold or being transferred to someone new before we could even get a refund or our wings.

The driest pizza I've ever had. It seemed like there was barely any tomato sauce, and overall, I was not impressed. Little Caesars is ten times better. Such a disappointment.

Very nice experience. I went there for pizza, big size and it was lunchtime. the girl who works there was super nice and very gifted. she herself took my order and made the pizza. pizza was great. very good cost and also toppings were perfect. beautiful experience. Thank you.

I'm very unpleased with the service tonight. I paid extra to have a deep dish pizza, didn't get it and when I called about it, staff fought with me about it. I was told if I need a new one I need to drive clear across town and bring the other one back or get my money back when they look at it. The manager then got on the phone and said he'd send someone to deliver the new one and take back the old one. Now I'm sitting waiting for my dinner and can't touch this pizza, because I need to send it back. I told them I'm willing to take a picture, but as a customer I don't like to be made out to be a liar.... To add it's burnt underneath
