Dunkin' - Watertown

OMG, the service is sooooo slow. They really should have someone who only takes orders and deals with donuts so the people who just need a ready made donut don't need to wait ages for every everybody's else's drinks to be ready first.

Do not come here in the afternoon. Person at the register seemed like they’d struggle to find their way out of an open paper bag, let alone work a register and make drinks.

No customers in the store. I made an order, the cashier took the money and went to the manager to talk about some Doordash order. Afterstaying there for 23 minutes no other customers around) I needed to go and couldn't wait for my coffee anymore, so I asked for refund. The manager and the cashier told me that they are not gonna give me refund since it's not their fault that they had urgent issues to discuss, and my coffee will be ready in a minute. But by that time I really needed to go so I had to leave.Very confusing. The store was empty, why was it a problem No coffee, no money back, just wasted half an hour waiting for nothing.

Worst dunkin in boston. If you have an order u have to wait 30 min even there is no one in the store . Great employees!
