The people who work at Boston House of Pizza truly go above and beyond to provide great customer service. They are readily available to make things right if the customer is not totally satisfied. I witnessed a very rude customer yesterday, September22nd yelling at the front desk staff because his pizza was not delivered to him directly and that his little brother ate theirpizza. How ridiculous is that! Delivery people are not responsible for who eats what is being delivered. I felt so bad for thestaff at BHOP taking the verbal abuse from someone who is obviously unreasonable. BHOP has excellent food, excellent customerservice and they are are always prompt at deliveries. I have ordered from them for almost 5 years now. People, please be niceto others; the same way you want to be treated.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY NEVER DELIVERED MY FOOD! THEY GAVE MY FOOD TO SOMEONE WHO CLAIMED TO KNOW ME AND WHERE I LIVED!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!

New customer. Stop for a pizza. Test pizza, the place is small. But has included large menu with Gyro. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Place is super clean and really well maintained. You even have an Ac unit on the front. This place is a rare Jem to find. Digital menu Granite counter throughout the operation Super clean you have delivery pizza was great, crust is thick, but crispy easy to chew. It's hot. I like the pizza box. It's thick and not clumsy. It's about driving home. #rainbowmaster shale approved
