Olive Garden - Watertown

Waitress assigned to us was lousy wrong drinks, cold food, no refills or checking on anything. Had to flag down another waitress to get drinks fixed (she was nice and efficient) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

30 minute wait for lunch. Server exceptional once in, food stellar good portions, salad and bread sticks. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The staff here is EXTREMELY rude they seem like they hate eachother and their costumers but expect a good tip? Samantha with the red hair and young with the nasty attitude the insane amount of makeup and the girl with black hair, black glasses and short, I believe her name is corri but I can be mistaken, should be fired. I came in 3 time within this month and I feel completely disrespected everytime. I’m going to take it up to cooperate. What is this olive gardens problem with being decent people. We came the other day from Canada. Horrible experience. They are completely and utterly horrible people. It’s sad management is this desperate for people that they don’t even care about hiring people who would be good for their business. I thought they would have done better than these two ladies. What a shame! I wasn’t gonna leave a review but I couldn’t stop thinking about the service and my family got, so I had too.

My most favorite place to eat everytime I get to Watertown. I wish there was one in Kingston, Ontario. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
