Red Lobster - Watertown

I've visited Red Lobster twice before at different locations and promised myself I'd never return because the food was terrible. However, this location exceeded my expectations! Unfortunately, I can't recall our server's name, but they were incredibly friendly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious! While the salad was a bit soggy, everything else was great. The crispy shrimp was particularly fantastic!

I have visited several Red Lobster locations throughout my life, and they've all been enjoyable experiences. However, what makes this particular one stand out is its exceptional customer service. On multiple occasions, we've been treated to everything from countless cheddar biscuits to complimentary calamari, along with warm smiles and generous drink refills. This past Father's Day was especially memorable; even though I didn't have my kids with me, the waitress learned during our conversation that I am a father of four. She went out of her way to get me four special Red Lobster Father's Day glasses, which I really appreciated.

Red Lobster is always a great experience! No matter what I've ordered, I've consistently loved it, and I appreciate the variety of options available to mix and match. I highly recommend trying the Brussels sprouts!

We had a fantastic evening last night with Ali! We attended the endless shrimp event and ordered every single option except for the pasta—I didn't want to fill up on carbs. We also tried the two items from the secret menu, which were just as delicious as everything else! The fried calamari is a must-try; it's absolutely amazing! Ali was a fun and attentive server who understood that it took a little time to get through the endless orders, so she took our requests every time she brought out our plates. Overall, it was a five-star experience without a doubt!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with delicious food and a friendly server. We visited on a Thursday evening with our son and his family, and since the restaurant was not busy, we were seated right away. The food arrived quickly, and everything was served hot and, most importantly, correctly. While Red Hummer can be on the expensive side, it was definitely worth the money we spent. Our server, Aubrey, was excellent and very personable. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.
