Shake Shack Arsenal Yards - Watertown

Food here is tasty. We had the shroom burger (w a deep fried shroom on top of the patty) and cheese fries... the cheese is creamy and delish! honestly, I was expecting a slice of cheese microwaved on top of the fries but that was not the case. We also tried couple of milkshakes, non dairy chocolate and oreo, they were both super good! All in all, food was delicious, as per the cleanliness of the place... it was disgusting. Liquid spilled on the floor between the tables. Tables were all dirty, sticky and with leftover crumbs. The water/utensil station was gross, just dirty gross don't think any of these areas ever get cleaned until closing time? I'm guessing here, cos you can definitely tell there is no cleaning done during service hours. Neither one of us used the restroom so I don't even wanna think about the condition they keep that in. I would recommend getting take out, cos the food is worth it at least until someone get sick from the lack of hygiene. Place seems to be new but that look wont last forever if they don't maintain it.

They cook the food properly, and kitchen has positive vibes. They actually served us a grilled cheese with no cheese but they laughed about it with themselves and served us another one with no hassle. The only downside here is the poor price to quality ratio... it's just too much for this type of food.

Usually love Shake Shack but this location is not worth it. We waited 30 mins before we had to leave without our order.

Horrible. Basic skills to prep food based on order. NO cheese. And $1.99 for bacon which was pathetic 1/4 strip. Order was ready, bag was turned the other way could not view name. Food cold. Prior order few months back you forgot the chicken and I had to drive back. Done. Never

Got a message saying my order is ready and will be brought to you soon. After five minutes of waiting, I went to a counter and found my cold fries. The staff guy made me new fries which had a piece of plastic in it. Both food quality and service is questionable here.
