Burger King - Waterville

I had a distinctly pleasant experience here this morning. I got in early and requested a whooper. The lady who attended to me politely told me it's a 5 minute wait. She then went ahead to give me extra food for the delay. Great customer service I wish I could give a 6 star.

Most of the time you need to explain your order to them 3 or more times because of the language barrier , as english seems to be the 3rd or 4th language to the order takers, and now they refuse to put mustard on the hamburgers, just ketchup . They haven't had mustard now for weeks and don't plan on getting any

My fish sandwich was one of poorest I've had. I was only customer there. Fish was dried out and very chewy. Very disappointed as I was hungry and antissapating a good sandwich. It times like that makes it easy to drive past to another place to eat next time.
