Coyote Grill - Waterville Valley

Had dinner reservations for 2 on a Monday night. Got seated right away but waited a bit for server to come to the table. Place seemed slightly busy but understaffed. Once we were greeted, our experience was awesome. Our server was great, good drinks and great food. The atmosphere is very homey and casual. Great prices as well, would definitely return! The atmosphere was friendly. The service by Lynn was absolutely outstanding!!! The food was fabulous (one of the best salmon and crème brûlëe I have ever had). BOGO Raw Bar on Thursday nights is a delightful date night after doing some disc golf in the valley. The drinks are fresh and strong, and the beer list is solid. Our waitress Lynn was awesome! Despite being a very busy time she took great care of us. I had steak and loved it! Overall a wonderful experience.
