Ming Lee Chinese - Waterville

This restaurant is the best when it comes to taste, serving good portions and having a friendly staff. Mei herself makes sure to check on each customer to ensure everything is okay. We visit this place at least every 3 weeks, and even during peak times, we usually have to wait no more than 30 minutes. The wait is definitely worth it.

This restaurant used to be the top choice for Chinese cuisine. Unfortunately, their quality has significantly declined in the past few years.

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and polite. The food is fantastic! I ordered a Pu Pu platter for one and it was enough to fill me up, plus I had some to take home. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

The sesame chicken with fried rice and egg roll was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The rice was dark brown and had a bitter taste, while the chicken, although white meat, was overwhelmingly battered and yellow. The egg roll also had an unpleasant taste. My wife's meal was just as bad. We ended up throwing out a good portion of our food. We will never return. Service: Take out.

My wife and I have been ordering food from this restaurant for at least 6 years, and the food was always exceptional. However, about 2 months ago, we noticed a significant decrease in quality. Every dish seemed to taste the same, with a gel-like sauce that was unappealing. Today, we decided to dine in at the restaurant instead of ordering delivery, but unfortunately, the food was still disappointing. We have decided not to return due to the poor quality. Thankfully, there are better Chinese restaurants in Waterville that are worth trying.
