La Chula Mexican Market - Watervliet

Ordered from the food truck. We ordered 2 burritos with cheese rice and beans. What we ended up getting was 2 burritos with no rice .. no beans.. and lettuce.. tomato.. onion.. both burritos were cold! I called the restaurant and didn't even offer to correct it. Just said sorry and he will keep that in mind. I wont be going back

I love authentic Mexican atmosphere, and La Chulas has it. Parking: Just street parking out front. This is a main street store front restaurant. Additional parking is available around the corner and behind the building.

I've eaten here twice this week and both times the food was dried out and lukewarm like it was microwaved absolutely disgusting

5 out of 6 times that I've eaten here in the last 2 months our order has been wrong. More often than not if you order a dinner they just completely forget to add the rice and beans. If you don't check your food before leaving you'll be walking out with the wrong food. Every time I've come here to eat they aren't busy so I don't understand how or why the order is being messed up.i understand that it's a family run restaurant but that isn't an excuse for poor customer service!
