Alexander Express - Watford

I used to think Alexander Express pizzas were decent, not the best but they got the job done. However, after ordering today, I was shocked at how terrible the pizza was. It looked like it was store-bought and it was also undercooked. Absolutely terrible experience!

This was our first and last time ordering from Alexander Express. It was a terrible experience. It took three tries to place our order online and when we called to confirm, they seemed indifferent. When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. After calling again, we were put on hold for a long time before eventually being offered a refund. They became annoyed when we requested the correct food instead. What was delivered was tough, undercooked meat and flavorless dishes. We ended up throwing most of it away. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, there are many better options out there.

The reheated food at this restaurant was terrible. The quality has significantly declined in 2020. Some drinks were missing from our order and we did not receive any contact or refund.

Ordered a pizza from the menu and warned of food allergy . The restaurant created a new pizza to meet the food requirement. Tasted like home made food. Tasty and good quality. Made effortlessly and in their stride. Well done guys!Thank you! Good value for money too.

When my caterers fell through Alexander Express came up trumps and at short notice to deliver a sumptuous feast of sharwarma (lamb, chicken), spicey and med salad, and some delicious falafel and kibbeh potato (a surprise hit with guests) and loads of fresh pitta, relishes and pickles. Fresh and tasty we were all tastily reminded of our Holy Land trip a year ago. Highly recommended and good value
