Mcdonald's Restaurants - Watford

A great thank you to the whole team that you are so courteous and have ensured that my daughter's birthday went without a clink! it was so grateful for the room that was made available for the additional care regarding all requests and for the super staff that went far beyond the call of duty to ensure that a great experience had from all. it was a special occasion, and tim and his team helped produce a very positive and unforgettable event that went without a hitch. I can't thank them enough!

I ordered McDonald's with UberEats tonight although the chips was cold i want to say thanks for the staff .. I forgot to add some sweet&sour sauce and i call to them but they didn't had my order in the system.. After 15 minutes they...remember my order number and call me back and ask what did i wanted to add to my order.. that's so nice that they call me back , thank you for that. Nice service!

There is a lady that goes by the name of Maria who works in this restaurant that makes mine and my daughters day EVERTIME we go in there. It doesn't fill as if it's a job it feels as if she genuinely enjoys her job....Please reward her guys.

Ordered at those annoying self service screen things and waited amongst the others in a disorderly queue. 11 minutes waiting time for basic food. … 11 minutes !!!!! This new system that Macdonalds have introduced is absolute pants. It was far far better the old...way yet in these cos cutting times, Macdonalds think this is the way to go. It's not particularly the staffs fault as they all seem to be working as fast as possible but what is holding up the queues AND HERE AT WATFORD IT'S THE CASE is the Uber eats are taking away the food for the customers in the shop. Drive throughs are the same. Your food is delivered quicker than waiting in store. If I can truly help it , I won't return to this branch of Macdonalds as the waiting time is just far far too long for what is supposed to be fast food ! If the managers an franchisees are reading this , you REALLY need to up your game.

Since its refit, it has become the worst place ever to get served. Waiting times are through the roof and the staff are slow and have no clue what they are doing. Avoid this one at all costs it is terrible. I ordered a burger...and waited over 20mins and in the end, had to leave so as to not be late for work.
