Mcdonald's Restaurants - Watford

I enjoyed my experience at this McDonald's location, which is conveniently located near the M25. The service was good and the food was satisfactory.

I couldn't warm up milk to add to my double espresso because there were no microwave facilities available. As a result, my coffee ended up costing over £7 with the addition of a hot latte. I only wanted a coffee because I never eat at McDonald's.

The McDonald's in Garston is one of the worst I have ever visited. The tables are always dirty and when I asked the manager for a clean one, she told me to find one myself and walked away. The staff are okay, but the management is terrible. Delivery drivers place their dirty bags on the food counter, and when I asked for a stirrer, it was placed on a dirty stain on the counter. Last week, I saw a staff member peel an order sticker off their shoe and stick it on a customer's order. I do not recommend this McDonald's.

Martin the customer carer is amazing. He has the best hospitality and was so good to me and my friends.

I came in around 10:30 pm and was greeted with a warm welcome from Martin. Amazing employee and met all customer service needs and wants. He went above and beyond to deliver his services.
