Watkins Glen Harbor

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at this lovely hotel! Our room was incredibly spacious and immaculate. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which was delicious and well-portioned. This hotel is certainly worth the price, and we will definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Watkins Glen or the nearby areas!

A special thanks to Melissa and Bran for going above and beyond to make my husband, who has celiac disease, feel comfortable. Melissa even helped us plan our excursions. You truly have gems in your team! The food was fabulous, and they were attentive to my husband's gluten allergy. As for nearby activities, there are great options for hiking and boating.

However, we would have appreciated having a microwave and coffee maker in our room, as we had dinner leftovers and some coffee drinkers in our group during the day and afternoon. While we did enjoy the coffee service in the hallway, it seemed to be taken away too early, leaving us unable to reheat our meals. I had intended to use the pool area, which looked very nice, but unfortunately ran out of time. Additionally, we did experience a longer wait than expected at the host stand, but aside from that, everything else was very good. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time at your hotel!

Our stay was great and look forward to going back . My husband and I haven't had a get-away in several years. And I've been wanting to stay here but it's always been booked. I was able to book the very last room on short notice. Was a little nervous because I'm extremely fussy. But the hotel was everything I expected. Well maintained and appointed. Very clean. Staff were professional, friendly, responsive. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfy, nice linens. Only downside for me (personal preference) is that the pillows were way too soft and mushy for me. But easy fix is to bring my own pillow next time. And it was quiet. Not a lot of ambient noise even though we faced the village and I didn't hear a lot of hallway noise or anything from the rooms on either side. And it's in a great location. It's a short walk to everywhere in town. Even the lower entrance to Watkins Glen State Park. Thoroughly enjoyed much needed time away with hubby. If we had more time, we would have spent some time at the wineries nearby.

We will be back no Front desk whom we went to many times for information and when purchasing from gift shop. They were awesome Exceptionally courteous and friendly. Lacked some knowledge ie: Had never heard of the wine center which was right next door; didn't know how many or how the EV chargers on sit worked. Almost perfect but the towels could have been a little softer Excellent room with lots of space and beautiful. Exceptional folks. Had an issue where the morning coffee service must have put regular coffee in the decaf dispenser causing a reaction with my wife. Told the front desk about this and they said they would pass it along to management. all the staff from front desk to restaurant to cleaning were friendly and very courteous. bartender made excellent drinks Excellent
