Contribuisci feedbackI absolutely loved my visit! I think I tried a bit of everything while we waited for our cream to be sweetened and roasted. It has become one of my new favorites. I also adored the staff—they were so charming and funny! I can't wait to go back again!
"Steps to finding happiness in life: 1. Visit Kiki's 2. Discover items you love and purchase them 3. Repeat as needed. I truly wish I had found this place sooner; now I find myself coming back every week. It's definitely not just a small business to support – it's a gem!"
We absolutely love Kikis! We're so grateful to have this bakery in Watkinsville, which always keeps us supplied with delicious treats. The lemon bars are my favorite, and you definitely shouldn't miss the chicken salad—it's the best! Everything I've tried has been wonderful, and I always find reasons to return.
It was good that the Sticker Bungalow, astone and a Browne was surprised by the price very cheap compared to most of the athen's bakeries
Good grief what has happened to this place? The food still the same but the customer no service? Horrific. You ever walk in a place now and immediately get the feeling you’re bothering them? Just by stepping foot in the door? Just experienced that about 20 min ago. Two women working and neither spoke when I walked in. I was honestly waiting on an eyeroll to follow. One approaches the counter with no smile, looks so angry and asked how could she help me. Here’s a start. Don’t make me feel like I’m making you do something that’s too much. We’ve become too complacent folks. We’re letting these people that loathe their jobs take it out on us. Most aren’t speaking up. I have zero problems doing so. But you want to know the sickest part of this? When you do speak to it doesn’t phase them one iota. They get worse, especially the women. Then it becomes like some vendetta. So here I’ve frequented this place anytime I’m over this way (I live in Jefferson) even turned my longtime cleaning client onto Kiki’s and she buys more in there than I do now. She even gave me a giftcard for Christmas and that’s what I came in to use today while my car is down the road getting serviced. I let this girl know as I was walking out I was letting the owner know and with the coldest face and demeanor she said sure no problem my name is Elizabeth. This sort of lack of any humanity should scare all of us. This is what we are now dealing with while out and about. Cold employees that are snappy, non friendly and act as though you’re bothering the hell out of them just by walking in. I do feel for employers now. I have spoken to a few and they’re their wits end trying to maintain good help. This doesn’t just mean work ethic but those that value the business they’re working for AND realizing they’re there to serve customers with least a 1/2 smile. What did I conclude from my visit today? This gal loathes her job. She really does. I not only nanny and clean homes but also background act. If I showed up to just one of my jobs like she was today, I would hope they would address it. So Kiki here I am stuck for a gift certificate, not sure how long it will take to use it all but I’m not wanting to step foot back in there because of today. If this were my place and I knew my community praises my business, I would do everything I could to have my employees treat customers with some sort of enthusiasm. It isn’t always about the product. You have to have good hearted people backing you up. Still shocked how bad this was. I was in a very decent mood until I stepped in that door, then it all went to hell. Funny how one human being can do that to you. Where am I now? Over here this cute little Krimson Kafe where the service is so great, I was greeted nicely the second I stepped up to the counter (my first time) and I feel welcome. Stop letting gals like Elizabeth kill your ratings business owners. It’s not a good look
