Felt like I was family, at my aunt and uncles house. They actually enjoyed having my relatively quiet, well behaved children there. (We opted to sit on the patio to avoid possibly irritating the customers inside) The first time I ate here by myself, was no different. The food is EXCELLENT. The Ruben is better than most. The chilequile's were surprisingly delicious (had a 50's style spin to it that was actually pleasant) Kid-friendliness: Everyone from the owner to the cook were very accommodating. We ordered a kids dish for our 2 little girls (under 3) and they proactively separated it into 2 plates.
Excellent Service and food. Went two days in a row, one dine in and one take out.
Im vegetarian and accidentally ordered a dish with ham. It was completely my fault, i misread over it. The waitress was so incredibly kind and understanding. I only rechecked the menu to see what i had mistakenly ordered and she offered to have something else made for me free of charge. I said no way, it was my fault, I could just eat around it. We had also just waited 2 hrs to get seated because it was mothers day. She insisted and added the kitchen was finally caught up on orders so we would not have to wait long. I caved and let her take care of me. I highly recommend this place, the staff were amazing to us, and food was also good.
My family and I drive out from San Jose for the wonderful service and food ! Everyone is so friendly and the prices are great for the big portions of tasty food given ! Keep up the great work ! Y’all are doing great ! :
Found this place on the way to tee off for a disc golf tournament. Pulled in not only got to sit with my good buddy Ron skull Brown. But the server created me immediately and got my food coming. I got the French toast breakfast and it was delicious. The vibe was was retro and feel was perfect country feel. I think when more people find this place there going to need more parking
