I ordered a set of four plates of raw oysters, nigiri sushi, fried rice octopus, fried tofu, chawanmushi, and beer. Everything was delicious and the directions to the restaurant were quick and the service was good. The only thing I was disappointed with was the chawanmushi. The egg and the soup stock are completely separated (more specifically, the white and yolk are different colors), and I wonder if it's the temperature, the way it's steamed, or whether it's not carefully strained beforehand. It wasn't a chawanmushi, but more like a soup filled with beaten egg. The taste is delicious, but the texture is not as chewy as chawanmushi, but rather fluffy. Also, the shellfish that was in the toppings had sand left in them and was crunchy. Is it something like this? Even though I thought so, it ended on a slightly disappointing note, which is why I gave fewer stars. There are few parking lots, so if you don't see any space at first glance, it's better to park on the street.
