Great chippy very friendly and helpful staff beautiful fish and chips sitting lunchtime especially for small cod chips a side and a drink for £6 very good worth.

Best fish and chips i have had in years. Dined in and were made to feel very welcome

The fish was the best I have every eaten it was like eating a piece of steak lovely

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that when I unwrapped my fish and chips there was a lot of oil on the paper. Shame as the fish was lovely as was the batter.

After a long journey of 5 hours and 4 starving kids we decided on fish and chips and this was the closest to where we were staying and had good reviews. Unfortunately we turned up just as they were closing so couldn’t have the large cod that we wanted but instead ordered 6 medium which were plenty! The staff were welcoming and friendly and when we got home to feed everyone their food an extra piece of fish had been put in and an array of sauces also. We struggled to eat all of the food as there was loads but it was delicious and the fish was cooked perfectly and after our long journey it was so needed. We are only staying up here for a week but have already decided on our last night we will have fish and chips again from here!
