I usually enjoy D D, but the prices have been increasing too much. The maple bacon breakfast sandwich was just okay and the hash browns weren't great. I think I'll stick to a donut or bagel with coffee and visit less frequently.
This Dunkin' Donuts is my go-to spot, but unfortunately, I have had multiple negative experiences here. The customer service is terrible, with employees being rude and having a disrespectful tone towards customers. I have visited many Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Chicagoland area, and this one is by far the worst. The final straw was when a worker repeatedly asked for my order and then rudely said "bye" as she handed me my drink. To make matters worse, my coffee was overpoured and the lid was broken, causing it to spill all over my new WHITE coat. I am extremely annoyed by this experience.
I went to Dunkin this morning with my sister and cousin. We ordered 2 donuts, a bagel, a Chai latte, and a peppermint mocha. The bagel was burned, the donuts did not come with napkins, and the mocha was half filled. We asked for the drink to be refilled andthe worker rolled her eyes at me and refilled it. Mind you, it took her another 5 minutes or so.
5 employees working. Waited 4 minutes at counter to be acknowledged. 7 minutes for order to be taken while line getting longer behind. One breakfast sandwich was incorrect.
