Hy-vee Market Grille Express - Waukee

I shop the hyvee aisles weekly and spend roughly $300 bucks! I had a few items that broke and a mix up on a few other items. Linda S. I didn’t get the last name went way beyond what I expected and delivered this to my house since she drives this way. This employee went way beyond customer service and delivered today and represented Hy-Vee well. They should be proud! Thank you for making my day.

Since the checks were changed to reduce employee checkout to five lanes, the wait to checkout is very long no matter what time of day. The lines are so far backed up they are in the isle and then it’s difficult to shop. If you choose to use the self checkouts there are always problems and requires an employee to assist you which then takes time for them to come help you. It’s very evident that Hy-Vee is choosing what is easiest for them and don’t care about customer experience anymore!

Ordered to go. The good: Very good burgers and sides.The not-so-good: Ordering is somewhat cumbersome, order is placed outside of the dining area. Further complicating matters was requesting a double cheeseburger, ketchup only. This absolutely confused the young lady at the order desk. The cheeseburger had no ketchup when unwrapped.

Let's stop with the racing team and marky mark to bring down prices and get your customer base back Hy-Vee. Not everyone wants what you think you should be doing. Your not the Waltons. Your Iowa. This isn't what ron wanted. Ruth is rolling in her grave.

It took 15 minutes to get one beer. Poor placement of truck loading dock it was right next to me, I could hear them the whole time I was eating. It gave off a gasoline smell also. The food on the other hand was pretty decent, but a tad to pricey. I do recommend it though, just make sure to sit outside.
