We discovered this charming restaurant while browsing the campground brochure during our stay. It's a farm that features a gift shop and a restaurant, open only during the summer months. They offer a fixed menu that changes with the seasons as different vegetables come into ripeness. We opted for the vegetarian version of the set menu, which meant no chicken but more generous portions of everything else. Our server, the only staff member we encountered, was the youngest son of the owners. His father hails from Guyana, while his mother is from a South American country I can't quite recall. The cuisine is influenced by both of these backgrounds, and his mother is the talented chef behind the dishes. Everything was absolutely delicious! While we waited for our food to be prepared, we explored the gift shop and the garden. When our meal was ready, the server called out to us from the garden, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel almost like family.
