Baskin-robbins - Waukegan

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My daughter and I had just come from studying at BC, and she wanted some ice cream. When we arrived, the door was locked. As we were waiting outside, we saw one employee open the door for another employee. We asked if they were open, and rather rudely, she just pointed to the drive-thru and shut the door in our faces. The service was extremely disappointing, and the staff was quite rude. This was a very negative experience overall, and I'm sorry to say I won't be returning.

Where is dunkin donuts ever go in waukegan, I have just ordered an iced latte and I don't know what I tastes terrible we will never go back to this 1 it was a mistake

Eating and drinking at this dunkin are really bad. I ordered my regular drink that I get from other dunkins, and when I got it this time, it was so bad, the ice was not really mixed properly, it was all clobig, overall it really tasted bad, and I also ordered two bagels with Veggie cream cheese and they got my order wrong and burned the bagel

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This Dunkin has an entrance that is DANGEROUS!!! The snow plows push all the snow into the entrance and make it very difficult to pull in and out. I got stuck on the curb that was under the snow. The owner/manager do not keep up on the entrance and would not reimburse me for the tow. Not a thing.

I am only giving this place a five star review because of the young lady, Stacy, that’s working on shift tonight.
